Last night for supper, we had kabobs! They were really, really good! As we were eating, Cody said, "You surely took a picture of these for your blog, right?!?" (I think he really liked them.) Ahhh, in all the rush of getting the kabobs made and the sweet corn cooking, I totally missed out. They really were super pretty little kabobs...steak, onion, steak, green pepper, steak, tomato, steak, yellow squash, steak, onion, steak... I used a different cut of meat and a new marinade which I think were spectacular! The meat guy at Target had pointed out some Flank Steak (which had a $2 off sticker making it only $1.49!). I cut it into cubes and put it in a ziplock baggy with 1/2 package of dry onion soup mix, 1/4 c. olive oil, and 1 fresh garlic clove, minced. I let it marinade in the refrigerator for most of the day. We grilled the kabobs for about 3 minutes on each side.
Everything was super tasty! We love grilling!
