Can you guess what word my iPhone auto-corrected with the word nasties?

Crazy but true.
Pretty much spot on too.
{All sympathetic comments, advice, and survival testimonials are welcome.}

So while I'm dealing with nasties, my family is doing an awesome job bringing the sunshine.
 Yep, totally my Superman.
Also sports the "New Dad" shoulder badge quite well.
Maddox is the first Crigger baby to ever like the feel of grass.
He not only liked it, he smiled and cooed the whole time.
Hmmm...future turf builder?
"How many Cloe's can I get in this picture of myself?"

McClain is such a morning person and really wanted Carson to wake up happy, too.
He went into their room, rubbed Carson on the back, and said, "Wake up, Buddy!  It's your birthday!"
The happiness worked for about two seconds with Carson, but McClain sure made the morning for the rest of us a little funnier!

I was watching Skateboarding on tv with the boys.  We saw some pretty amazing tricks.
I asked Carson, "Enjoy skateboarding?"
He got the biggest scowl on his face and said, "NO!"
I asked, "Why the snarky reply?"
"AUNT JOY does not skateboard!"
Okay dokey then.
Time to tune up the 'ole hearing, buddy!

Whelp, back to my lovely heating pad.

I'm sorry! I didn't know you were sick...I hope you are over it soon! I never got the "nasties" but have heard it's the equivalent of being hit by a truck. :(

I've given enough creepy advice so I'll just keep my mouth shut. Hopefully you're over the hump (pun intended) and starting to feel much better. I hope, I hope. I'm home with Ryan-the-puker right now. He peeked over my shoulder and said, "Hey - she took pictures of our gummy vitamins" So like a guy - doesn't recognize the main part of the picture, but sees the food in the background ;) !!

No fun. Hope your feeling better. This round of nursing I got "the nasties" and thrush three times (I had a nursing bra that I LOVED and didnt wash enough, it kept giving me thrush). If you get on the meds the nasties should clear up pretty fast.

Oh I am so sorry!! I do remember getting that with one of my children but it's been so long ago, I don't remember what I did for it!! But I will certainly be praying for you!

Sorry to hear about you getting the "nasties!" Been there. Three times. In the ER twice (because mine always hit suddenly in the middle of the night with high fevers). I can feel your pain! :( Hope you got some good meds to help it go away! So glad you have a good support system at home! :) I'll be praying for you.

So sorry to hear! I had it once with my second. I felt miserable. I remember shaking so hard that the only thing I could do was get under an electric blanket until I warmed up. Just keep taking your meds and feed from that side first every time. Hope you are feeling better soon.

Hoping you are feeling better by now! Had it once and don't want a repeat. It is pretty much awful. Maddox is sure a cutie, I would say he completes your family perfectly :o)
